Bryce Canyon National Park

Bryce Canyon National Park is situated in the southwest of the state of Utah. The national park covers the area of 150 sq km around the natural phenomenon of Bryce Canyon. Despite its name, the landmark is a huge natural amphitheatre created by erosion which offers a unique view of red, orange and white coloured rocks. Bryce Canyon and the surrounding area was declared a national landmark in 1923 and became a national park in 1928.
